2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer; we will share an estimated dispatch date on your order confirmation or by email.
3. Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, standard deliveries usually arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote or delayed courier routes may take slightly longer. A tracking number will be shared once your package leaves our facility.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order value. Free shipping offers, when available, will be applied automatically when your cart meets the eligibility criteria.
5. Order Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive tracking details by email or SMS. You can also review your order status from your account under Orders. If tracking does not update within 48 hours of dispatch, please contact us.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
Because shipments are insured, please inspect your package on delivery. If an item arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to be lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and phone number are correct before placing the order. Minee's Jewellery is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
